Can I have a personal demo call, tailored to my specific needs?

You can have a personal demo call anytime – before, during, or after a trial period. It’s possible for all kinds of trial users – even if your website is small and you’re not an enterprise buyer. We value all our users and try to provide VIP support for everyone.

Please, give more details on your current needs – so we can maximize the value of a demo you’ll get.

Where I can find help if any question appears?

Online support chat is available for everyone, even if your trial is ended. It’s available for all JetOctopus users.

Also do not hesitate to reach your personal account manager via email or any way of communication you’ve agreed on (LinkedIn, quick call, messengers).

How much time should I wait until I get an answer?

Our business hours are Monday-Friday 9 A.M. – 6 P.M (EST), this is the time when we respond as fast as possible (from 1 to 10 minutes).

On Monday-Friday 6 P.M -10 P.M (EST), our response time can take from 10 minutes to 1 hour.

On weekends our support team can answer urgent questions occasionally.

If you have a custom pricing request or functionality inquiry, time depends on the volume of requested data.

Usually it takes no longer than 24h to address complicated requests.
