Pricing

Are prices monthly-based?

Yes, all prices mentioned on our Pricing page are monthly-based.

Can I have a yearly subscription? Where can I order it? Will I have a discount?

Yes, we have annual subscription options. Please, contact us – we will provide you with a Custom Link (for online payments through Fastspring) or Order form (for a bank transfer).

For a yearly subscription, you will have 1 month free. This bonus can be combined with a 20% discount on All-Inclusive packages and partner promocodes.

Can I have a custom pricing for volume that is not mentioned on a website?

Yes. As you see, the maximum size mentioned is 10mln URLs. But we don’t put any limits on our capacity – so if you have an inquiry for a bigger volume, do not hesitate to contact us via online chat or support@jetoctopus.com

What is the difference between separate modules (Logs, Crawl, GSC) and All-Inclusive?

All-Inclusive package is the best way to get everything out of JetOctopus. With the help of all modules, you can build your SEO Funnel to see where your true organic potential is.

All-Inclusive combines Crawl+GSC+Logs. With All-Inclusive you get GA and Ahrefs integrations for free (if needed).

All-Inclusive applies a 20% discount on all modules, so it’s more cost-effective than buying separate modules.

If you need only Crawler or just GSC, or maybe Logs+Crawler – use our separate modules:

What does “No Limits” mean? What is the difference between All-Inclusive and No Limits?

The big difference between All-Inclusive and No Limits comes from crawling limitations.

In All-inclusive you should know the final № of URLs that should be crawled per month.

In No Limits, you can crawl your website(s) unlimited number of times – so there’s no limits on final crawling volume. The only thing that matters for pricing – how many unique URLs your website(s) have.

So if you have a website, that has 1 mln unique URLs – in No Limits you can crawl it even every day, so the monthly crawling quota can go up to 30mln URLs (and even more, if needed).

On the contrary, within “All-Inlcusive 1 mln URLs monthly” you will be able to crawl ONLY 1 mln URLs within this month. But remember, that we don’t have project or domain limits, so this 1 mln URLs crawling quota can be divided between different websites.

How many URLs do I need per month for crawling?

First of all, you should take into consideration all sizes of the websites you’re going to crawl per month (Size 1 + Size 2 + Size 3, etc). Then – how many times you need to crawl each of the websites per month. Maybe some of the website segments should be crawled weekly or daily – so include it in your total estimation. This will help you to determine what will be your preferable monthly quota in URLs.

If you think that you are lost in calculations – we are happy to help and consult you 🙂

How can I find my website’s size in URLs?

There is no universal rule, usually we combine several sources to identify the website’s volume:

  • Ask your devs/admins;
  • Search your website in Google with “Site:” operator (very rough estimation);
  • Check GSC > Coverage report. Usually it’s a sum of Valid + Excluded pages (as non-indexable are pages also needed);
  • Check logs and calculate how many unique pages you have per month;
  • Make a test crawl (the most precise way). If it’s a huge website, we recommend starting with 1 mln URLs, so we can see the linking structure and make volume estimations.

But usually it’s a combination of a few ways described above.

How do you define a volume for the Log Analyzer package?

In order to select the correct package for Log Analyzer, you should know a number of unique URLs, that your website has (1) or just calculate a number of unique URLs, that appear in logs monthly (2).

For Separate modules and All-Inclusive:

For No Limits:

Why 1 and 2 differ? Because even if your website has a definite number of URLs in it’s structure, there could be lots of Orphaned pages, that can be found only in logs. That’s why we give higher Log Pages quota than the actual size of website structure.

We don’t calculate log lines (hits, bot’s entries) – you can collect, store and upload as many historical logs as you need.

Is the GSC price fixed? How many projects can I connect for 30 EU/mo?

It’s a fixed monthly price. Perfect option for agencies and consultants – you can handle up to 100 GSC projects in 1 JetOctopus account for just 30 EU/mo.

What is the price for JS Rendering? How do you calculate it?

1 JS rendered page = 2 simple crawled pages

Do I need to pay additionally for integrations like GA or Ahrefs?

Not yet, they are available as a free beta integrations within All-Inclusive and No Limits packages.
