We offer several options if you want to share a JetOctopus report with your colleagues. Choose the most convenient way depending on what your needs are.
1. Share the PDF file.
This is the easiest way to share all charts from any menu with your colleagues. You can save reports from the “Logs”, “Crawler”, “GSC” and most other reports in PDF format.
To do this, go to the desired report, set the desired filters and click “Save as PDF” in the lower-right corner of the screen.
To download a PDF, click on the “Export” button in the upper-right corner of the screen.
Please note that export to PDF is available only for reports. If you need to share data tables, export the data to a convenient format, for example, to Google Sheets, Excel or CSV. To do this, click the “Export” button immediately above the data table and select the desired format.
2. Share access to the whole project with colleagues.
You can share access to a project with colleagues. For example, if you are a marketing agency and have many client projects in JetOctopus, you can share access for each client. So the client will see only his project.
To do this, go to the project you want to share and click on the access icon next to the project name.
After that, the project access settings will open.
Enter the email you want to share access and select an access type: “View” or “Manager”.
The first allows the client/member team to view and filter all the data. With the second type of access, a person with access can create crawls, change settings, integrate logs etc. This is full access with all rights.
Please note that the user you want to share access with must have a registered JetOctopus account. This is necessary for data security reasons. The user can register for free without any extra charges.
You can share as many accesses as you need. We have no limits.
